한 줄 요약

언어 미술관은 계정이 없고, 광고와 분석 도구가 없어요. 인터넷은 장의 낭독 · 그림 · 곡 파일을 직접 받기로 고르셨을 때만 쓰고, 그때도 나에 대한 정보는 보내지 않아요. 읽은 편지 · 복습 기록 · 녹음한 목소리 · 오류 기록은 사용하시는 폰 안에 있고, 저희에게 오는 것은 직접 메일로 보내신 내용뿐이에요.

앱이 멈췄을 때의 오류 기록: 시각, 앱 · Android 버전, 기기 모델, 오류 내용(프로그램의 어느 부분에서 멈췄는지). 가장 최근 한 건만 남고, 보내기 전에는 밖으로 나가지 않아요 (아래 ‘의견 보내기’).

이 정보는 저희 서버나 다른 곳으로 보내지 않아요. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워져요.

폰의 백업: 폰 설정에서 Google 백업을 켜 두셨다면, Android가 진도와 설정을 사용하시는 Google 계정의 백업에 함께 저장해 새 폰이나 다시 설치할 때 되살려요. 이 백업은 Google이 처리하며 저희는 볼 수 없어요. 녹음한 목소리 · 받은 파일 · 오류 기록은 백업에 넣지 않아요.

기록 파일 (내보내기 · 가져오기): 설정 › 기록 보관에서 ‘기록 내보내기’를 누르시면 진도 · 메달 · 레벨 · 우표 · 카드 복습 기록 · 설정을 파일 하나(.json)로 만들어, 고르신 곳(폰의 폴더, 또는 공유 창에서 고르신 Drive · 메신저 등)에만 저장하거나 보내요. 저희 서버로는 가지 않아요. 녹음한 목소리 · 받은 낭독 · 그림 · 오류 기록 · 구매 정보는 넣지 않아요. ‘기록 가져오기’는 고르신 파일을 폰 안에서만 읽고, 지금 폰의 기록을 그 파일의 것으로 바꿔요. 산 것(구독 · 소장)은 파일이 아니라 Google Play 계정으로만 확인해요.

인터넷 (낭독 · 그림 받기)

일부 장의 낭독(편지 쓴 사람의 목소리 파일) · 그림 · 곡은 앱 크기를 줄이려고 앱 밖에 두어요. 그 장의 편지를 처음 열 때 크기를 알려 드리고, ‘받기’를 누르실 때만 받아요. ‘뒤로’나 ‘소리 없이 읽기’를 고르시면 받지 않아요.
미리 받기: 설정에서 ‘미리 받기’를 누르시면 열 수 있는 장의 파일을 한꺼번에 받아요. 앱을 닫아도 진행 알림과 함께 이어 받고, 알림의 ‘멈추기’로 언제든 멈출 수 있어요.
파일은 Cloudflare R2(Cloudflare, Inc.)의 공개 주소에서 받기만 해요. 계정 · 학습 기록 · 녹음 등 나에 대한 정보는 보내지 않아요.
다만 인터넷으로 파일을 받으면, 파일을 보내 주는 Cloudflare가 기술적으로 접속한 기기의 IP 주소와 요청 시각을 처리해요. 저희는 이 정보로 사용자를 알아보지 않으며, 따로 모으거나 분석하지 않아요. Cloudflare의 처리는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 따라요.
받은 파일은 폰 안에 저장되어, 그다음부터는 인터넷 없이 재생돼요.

마이크

따라 읽기: 편지 문장을 따라 말한 목소리를 녹음해, 원래 낭독과 억양 · 리듬을 폰 안에서 비교해요. 녹음은 폰 안에만 저장돼요.
복습의 ‘말해 보기’: 낱말을 맞게 말했는지 알아듣기 위해 폰에 들어 있는 음성 인식 기능(예: Google 음성 인식)을 쓰고, 가능한 한 폰 안에서 처리하도록 요청해요. 폰의 설정에 따라 그 음성 인식 서비스가 자체 정책에 따라 소리를 처리할 수 있어요.

마이크 권한은 이 두 기능을 처음 쓸 때만 물어보고, 거절하셔도 다른 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있어요.

사용자가 직접 하는 것

구절 엽서 · 목소리 엽서: ‘보내기’를 누르시면, 고르신 앱(메신저 · 메일 등)이 그 그림이나 녹음 파일을 보내요. 누르지 않으면 아무것도 밖으로 나가지 않아요.
위치 공유 카드: 지도를 여시면 그 장소의 좌표를 지도 앱에 넘겨요.
의견 보내기 · 문의: 설정의 ‘의견 보내기’(또는 앱이 멈춘 다음 번에 묻는 ‘보내기’)를 누르시면 메일 앱이 열려요. 사용하시는 메일 앱에서 직접 ‘보내기’를 누르셔야만 저희에게 와요.
- ‘기기 정보와 최근 오류 기록 함께 보내기’가 켜져 있으면 메일 본문에 Android 버전, 기기 모델, 앱 버전, 배우는 언어, 멈춘 횟수, 그리고 가장 최근 오류 기록이 들어가요. 쓰기 화면에서 미리 보고 끌 수 있고, 메일 앱에서 지우거나 고칠 수도 있어요.
- 보내신 메일은 답장과 문제 고치기에만 쓰고, 다른 곳에 넘기지 않아요. 지워 달라고 하시면 지워 드려요.

결제

작품 소장과 구독의 결제는 Google Play가 처리해요. 카드 등 결제 정보는 저희에게 오지 않아요.
앱은 구매나 구독이 지금 유효한지만 폰 안에 저장해요.

의견 보내기

설정의 ‘의견 보내기’로 직접 메일을 보내실 때만 저희에게 내용이 와요.
메일에 함께 붙는 것: 기기 모델, Android 버전, 앱 버전, 배우는 말, 그리고 폰 안에만 남겨 둔 오류 기록. 보내기 전에 메일 앱에서 확인하실 수 있어요.

어린이

이 앱은 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 누구의 정보도 모으지 않아요.

Lingua Museum Privacy Policy

Effective 18 October 2026 (paid use, crash log, feedback, pre-download, backup and records file added)

In short

Lingua Museum has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. It uses the internet only when you choose to download a chapter's narration, pictures or music, and even then it sends nothing about you. The letters you read, your review record, your recordings and the crash log stay on your phone; we receive only what you email us yourself.

Kept only on your phone

Letters read and progress, word-card review record, saved quotes, stamps and milestones, settings
Recordings from read-along and their intonation and rhythm scores
Letter-arrival notifications (scheduled on the phone)
A crash log when the app stops: the time, app and Android versions, device model and the error itself (which part of the program stopped). Only the latest one is kept, and it never leaves the phone unless you send it (see “Feedback” below).

None of this is sent to our servers or anywhere else. It is removed when you uninstall the app.

Phone backup: if Google backup is turned on in your phone settings, Android saves your progress and settings in your Google account’s backup and restores them on a new phone or reinstall. Google handles this backup and we cannot see it. Recordings, downloaded files and the crash log are not included.

Records file (export and import): tapping “Export records” under Settings › Your records puts your progress, medals, levels, stamps, word-card review record and settings into one file (.json) and saves or sends it only where you choose (a folder on your phone, or Drive, a chat app and so on from the share sheet). It is never sent to our servers. Recordings, downloaded narration and pictures, the crash log and purchase information are not included. “Import records” reads the file you pick on the phone only and replaces the records on this phone with it. Purchases (subscriptions and owned series) are checked only through your Google Play account, never from a file.

Internet (downloading narration and pictures)

To keep the app small, some chapters' narration (the letter writer's voice files), pictures and music are kept outside the app. When you first open a letter in such a chapter we show the download size, and download only if you tap “Download”; “Back” or “Read without sound” downloads nothing.
Download ahead: if you tap “Get ahead” in Settings, the files of the chapters you can open are fetched together. This continues with a progress notification even if you close the app, and you can stop it any time with “Stop” in the notification.
Files are only fetched from a public address on Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc.). No account, learning record, recording or other information about you is sent.
When any file is downloaded over the internet, Cloudflare, which serves it, technically processes the device's IP address and the time of the request. We do not use this to identify you and do not collect or analyse it. Cloudflare's processing follows the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Downloaded files are stored on your phone and play offline from then on.

Microphone

Read along: your voice is recorded and compared with the narration for intonation and rhythm, on the phone. Recordings are stored only on your phone.
“Say it” in review: to hear whether you said a word, the app uses your phone's speech recognition service (for example Google speech recognition) and asks it to work on the device where possible. Depending on your phone's settings, that service may process audio under its own policy.

The microphone permission is asked only when you first use one of these, and everything else works if you decline.

Things you choose to do

Quote postcards and voice postcards: when you tap Send, the app you pick sends the picture or recording. Nothing leaves the phone unless you do.
Location cards: opening a map passes the place's coordinates to your maps app.
Feedback and contact: tapping “Send feedback” in Settings (or “Send” when the app asks after a crash) opens your email app. Nothing reaches us unless you tap Send in your email app.
- If “Include device info and the latest error log” is on, the email body contains your Android version, device model, app version, learning language, number of crashes and the latest crash log. You can preview and turn this off before sending, and edit or delete it in your email app.
- We use your email only to reply and to fix problems, and do not pass it on. Ask us and we will delete it.

Payments

Payments for buying a work and for subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Card and other payment details never reach us.
The app stores on your phone only whether a purchase or subscription is currently active.

Sending feedback

We receive something only when you send an email yourself with “Send feedback” in settings.
Attached to the email: device model, Android version, app version, the language you are learning, and the crash log that is kept only on your phone. You can see it in your mail app before sending.
The email goes to ruahn49@gmail.com and is used only to reply and to fix bugs.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no one's information.
