하루의 정원은 개인정보를 모으지 않습니다. 서버가 없고, 사용자가 직접 보내는 의견 메일 말고는 아무것도 기기를 떠나지 않습니다.

기기 안에만: 생년월일 · 나라 · 성별, 오늘의 한 줄과 마음, 가족 · 반려동물의 돌 (이름 · 생일 · 기억의 돌의 날짜), 숨 쉰 날, 정원에 놓인 것은 이 폰 안에만 저장됩니다. 개발자나 다른 곳으로 보내지 않습니다.
없는 것: 계정, 광고, 분석 · 추적 도구, 서버가 없습니다. 인터넷 연결 없이 작동합니다.
위치: 위치 권한을 쓰지 않습니다. 해 뜨고 지는 시각은 설정에서 고른 나라의 대표 도시로 앱 안에서 계산합니다.
결제: 응원하기 결제는 Google Play 가 처리하며, 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
사진: 한 줄에 붙인 사진은 사진 선택기로 고른 한 장만 읽고, 정사각으로 줄인 사본만 앱 안에 저장합니다 (원본은 건드리지 않습니다).
백업: 폰의 백업을 켜 두었다면 설정과 기록이 Google 계정의 암호화된 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 폰끼리 직접 옮길 때는 사진도 함께 옮겨집니다. 새 폰으로 옮길 때만 쓰입니다.
알림: 켜 둔 것만 (아침 문장 · 하루 정리 · 생일과 특별한 날 · 기억의 주), 폰 안에서 만들어집니다. 잠금 화면에는 지난 한 줄의 글을 보이지 않습니다.
그림 보내기: 직접 ‘그림으로 보내기’를 누른 경우에만, 그 그림 한 장이 고른 앱 (메신저 등) 으로 넘어갑니다. 개발자에게는 가지 않습니다.
의견 · 오류 보내기: 설정의 ‘의견 보내기’를 누르면 내 메일 앱이 열리고, 기기 모델 · Android 버전 · 언어 · 앱 버전 (앱이 멈춘 적이 있으면 그 오류 기록) 이 채워집니다. 내가 직접 보낼 때만 개발자에게 가며, 한 줄 기록은 담기지 않습니다. 받은 메일은 문의에 답하고 오류를 고치는 데만 쓰고, 다른 곳에 넘기지 않습니다.
기록 옮기기: ‘기록을 파일로 내보내기’를 누르면 고른 곳에만 파일 하나로 저장됩니다. 앱이 어디로도 보내지 않습니다.
지우기: 설정의 ‘모든 기록 지우기’ 또는 앱 삭제로 기기에서 지워집니다.
어린이: 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Carpe Diem does not collect personal data. There is no server; nothing leaves the device except a feedback email you choose to send.

On your device only: your birth date, country and sex, the lines and feelings you send, your family's and pets' stones (names, birthdays, dates on memory stones), breathing days and what grows in your garden stay on this phone. Nothing is sent to the developer or anyone else.
What isn't there: no account, no ads, no analytics or tracking, no server. The app works without an internet connection.
Location: the app does not use location permission. Sunrise and sunset are calculated on the device from a representative city of the country you choose.
Payments: support payments are handled by Google Play. The developer never receives payment details.
Photos: a photo you attach to a line is read only when you pick it in the photo picker, and kept inside the app as a small square copy (the original is untouched).
Backup: if device backup is on, settings and records may be included in your encrypted Google backup. A direct phone-to-phone transfer also carries the photos. This is used only when moving to a new phone.
Notifications: only the ones you turn on (morning words, end of day, birthdays and special days, remembrance week), created on the device. Past lines are never shown on the lock screen.
Sending a picture: only when you tap “Send as a picture”, that one image goes to the app you choose. Nothing goes to the developer.
Feedback & error reports: tapping “Send feedback” in Settings opens your own mail app, pre-filled with device model, Android version, language and app version (plus the error log if the app has crashed). It reaches the developer only if you send it yourself, and never includes your lines. It is used only to reply and fix bugs, and is not shared.
Moving records: “Save everything to a file” writes one file only where you choose. The app sends it nowhere.
Deleting: “Erase all records” in Settings, or uninstalling the app, removes everything from the device.
Children: not directed at children under 13.

앱 안의 기록: 한 줄 · 마음 · 사진 · 가족의 돌 등은 모두 이 폰 안에만 있어 개발자가 갖고 있지 않습니다. 앱에서 설정 → 기록 · 백업 → 모든 기록 지우기를 누르거나 앱을 삭제하면 바로 지워집니다.
보내 주신 의견 · 오류 메일: ruahn49@gmail.com 으로 ‘데이터 삭제 요청’ 이라고 보내 주세요 (의견을 보낸 메일 주소에서). 받은 메일과 그 안의 기기 정보 · 오류 기록을 30일 안에 지우고 회신합니다.
지워지는 것: 의견 메일 본문 · 기기 모델 · Android 버전 · 언어 · 앱 버전 · 오류 기록. 따로 보관하는 것: 없음.

Records in the app: your lines, feelings, photos and family stones stay only on your phone; the developer does not have them. Tap Settings → Records & backup → Erase all records, or uninstall the app, to delete them at once.
Feedback and error emails you sent: email ruahn49@gmail.com with “Data deletion request” (from the address you sent feedback from). The emails and the device info and error logs in them are deleted within 30 days, and you get a reply.
Deleted: feedback email text, device model, Android version, language, app version, error logs. Kept: nothing.
